Refund Policy

Our refund policy for the Flow Experience is a 30 day Money Back Guarantee.

We are committed to providing the highest level of satisfaction on all of our programs and products, and fully stand behind our programs.

If you find within 30 days of your registration date that you are not satisfied with the program, you may request a refund of your payment.

Please request a refund by emailing support@flow-experience.com and your reason for the request.

We do not provide refunds after the 30 day period has expired. After that time you are responsible for the full payment of membership for the year.

Cancellation Policy

Your Flow Experience membership is a recurring annual subscription.

You can cancel it at any time, and still access the Flow Experience for the year you’ve already paid for.

If you sign up on 1 April 2016 and cancel the recurring subscription, your membership lasts until 1 April 2017.

If you sign up on 14 July 2016 and cancel the recurring subscription, your membership lasts until 14 July 2017. (etc!) If you sign up and don’t cancel the recurring subscription, then your membership simply continues without interruptions!

Cancellation can be done at anytime during the year, up until 2 days before the renewal date. Eg. If your renewal date is 14 July 2016, you must cancel by 11 July 2017 to stop the recurring subscription.

Payment Plans

By signing up to either an Annual, Quarterly or Monthly payment plan you are committed and legally obligated to make payment in full: Either one payment every Quarter for a year OR One monthly payment every month for 12 months.

You will receive complete access to the Flow Experience with this affordable payment plan option, which is offered in good faith on the understanding that you are committed to paying in full.

Credit Card Details

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing and credit card information.

You must promptly update all billing information (such as billing address, card number, and expiration date) to keep your account current, complete, and accurate, and you must promptly contact us if your credit card is lost or stolen, or if you become aware of a potential breach of account security (such as an unauthorized disclosure or use of your Sign-In Name or Password).

You hereby authorize Fairy Godmother Business Consulting to obtain or determine updated or replacement expiration dates for your credit card in the event that the credit card you provided us expires.

We reserve the right to charge any renewal card issued to you to the same extent as the expired card. If payment is not received from your credit card issuer, you hereby agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. You agree to pay all costs of collection, including lawyer’s fees and costs, on any outstanding balance. In certain instances, the issuer of your credit card may charge you a foreign transaction fee or related charges, which you will be responsible to pay. You are advised to check with your bank and credit card issuer for details.

Pricing Policy

If you choose to continue your Flow Experience Membership for longer than a year your payments remain at your original price for as long as you remain a member of the Flow Experience.

Delivery Policy

The Flow Experience is an ONLINE program and information product and as such is delivered via email, sms, website and Facebook to you.

We will deliver using the email address and mobile number that you have provided in your registration. It is your obligation to ensure that we have the correct email address for you and that the emails do not land in your junk email or spam filter.

We recommend that you mark @flow-experience.com as a safe-sender.

Updates to Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions were last Updated on 7th January 2016.

We reserve the right to make changes to the Website and to these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will post them here.
